The Committee
The Central Puget Sound Real Estate Research Committee is a non-profit organization. Its sole purpose is to provide current real estate market information through its publication, The Central Puget Sound Real Estate Research Report. The information for the report is provided by the members of the research committee.

The Report
Stay up to date on current trends in the changing real estate market in the Puget Sound region (King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties). The Research Report is published twice a year (May and November), and covers both the commercial and residential real estate markets, as well as data  on interest rates, employment and population.
