The PDF file for the report is available to subscribers at no extra charge.  The file is book marked, to allow easy access to different sections of the report.

Please note each issue of the Research Report requires a different password to access (and please do not give the password out to others).   Also, several maps are not included in the PDF file as they were provided as hard copies, versus digital format.
