Summary sample from a prior Report

The Central Puget Sound Real Estate Research Report was first published in 1949 to provide information on the real estate markets in King and Snohomish counties. In 1998, information for Pierce County (formerly published in the Tacoma Trends Report), was incorporated.

Topics covered in the report include single family sales activity, building activity, economic topics (interest rates, employment, business conditions), demographic information, and rents and vacancies for apartments, office buildings, industrial properties and hotels.

The report is published twice a year, in spring and in the fall. Publication dates are typically in May and November. It is available in both hard copy and digital (PDF) format.  Subscription information can be found by clicking on the "Subscribe" button.

The Central Puget Sound Real Estate Research Committee is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to publish the Research Report. Information about committee members can be found on the "About Us" section of this web site.

The committee welcomes any feedback you have as to how we can improve the report to better serve its users.
